Expected Behavior

Dear Developers,

Thank you for making this available to the community!

When removing a remote host from VS Code Client through the command palette, the VS Code Server is not deleted. It is not immediately clear to the user if the server was removed or not. This is verified by looking at the running processes on the remote host.

The server had to be manually deleted through the following command and host rebooted.

$ rm -rf ~/.vscode-server

It would be great if there is an explicit option when removing a host to also delete the VS Code Server.

Steps To Reproduce

Remote Host OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS OpenSSH_8.9p1 Ubuntu-3ubuntu0.7, OpenSSL 3.0.2 15 Mar 2022

Local OS: macOS 14.4.1 VS Code: 1.89 (Intel)
