Remote Server Extension uses wrong port to connect to vscode server

• Server
• Remote Server Extension Version: v0.1.2022080309
• Code Server Version: 20220727.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. start code server
2. click on connect in the remote servers sidebar inside of vscode
3. Extension uses port 8000 while code-server is on 31545
