Expected Behavior

ssh is found and executed always

Actual Behavior

Sometimes ssh is executed successfully but sometimes vs code fails to execute it

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Windows 11 23H2
  2. Run vscode
  3. Try remote-ssh

Anything else?

It usually works right after starting Windows, but it fails if I try it after using it for a while.
