macOS: Better error reporting when a File Share is not exposed in Docker Desktop

Currently when you attempt to start a Dev Container by opening a local folder that is not exposed in Docker Desktop -> Settings -> Resources -> File sharing, you will get a rather obscure error. Please consider giving a better explanation to the user when this happens and direct to the corresponding Docker documentation article.
