Allow to easily see all the PRs I created recently

Oftentimes, PRs that I create fail CI. I now have a flow where I keep the tabs opened. This is not great. It would be great if it would be easy to see all PRs I have created (across all repos) somewhere, then I could see their status and if they need my attention.
