Fully reveal conversation when opening it

When clicking on a comment, it seems to center the top of it in the editor. It would be nice if it instead tried to reveal the entire conversation. I think the editor allows this by calling reveal with a range that includes the line before and after the comment. I think you can tell it to prefer the top if the range is bigger than the viewport.
