Comment rendering distorted / missing linebreaks

  • Extension version: v0.47.2022072609
  • VSCode Version: 1.69.2
  • OS: linux

Steps to Reproduce:

  • After editing a multi-line review comment, Rendering becomes distorted (newlines are missing).

Clicking the edit button again - and then cancelling fixes the rendering again

Rendering correct image

On github, it's always rendered correctly - so it seems to be an extension rendering problem.
