Not outline for pom.xml

Open the https://github.com/jakartaee/platform-tck.git repo in VSCode and then open any pom.xml file in the explorer. Look at the Outline section and it shows 'No symbols found in document pom.xml'

I believe (correct me if am wrong) this extension isn't exactly an 'LSP' extension and doesn't fully comply with LSP. It's just an utility extension that attaches to the Java extension to provide additional support.
For full featured XML support you are supposed to use RedHa's XML extension to get the LSP features such as Outlines.
