Welcome tab theme link incorrect

  • Extension version 1.3.0

Describe the bug:

Welcome tab theme link is incorrect

Repro steps:

open welcome tab, click theme link, notice that it resolves to incorrect page

This might have become irrelevant, I don't see the Welcome tab in the extension anymore. @codepo8 can you confirm that the tab isn't there and close the issue if so?
