Refactor the Enterprise article

Our current Enterprise article contains a mix of different topics, which makes it difficult to parse.

Plan:

• Split article in multiple topics
• Host articles under a top-level Enterprise ToC node

• Windows/mac/linux
• Local configuration (good for testing) vs "Deployment" configurations (Intune, JAMF)
