vscode-docs Improved table support

Enable showing an expanded version of a table (useful for wide tables). The available horizontal space for docs content is quite limited, especially for tables.

Example: On MS Learn, you can expand a table in a sort of flyout/popup. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/load-testing/quickstart-create-and-run-load-test?tabs=portal
