Files not downloading

After doing everything mentioned, Nothing happend all the 3 version gcc, g++, and gdb were not installed(maybe). whenever in cmd or powershell, After Installing, I type gcc --version or g++ --version or gdb -- version it shows: The term 'g++' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. (this in powersehell)
