Format correction for keyboard shortcut page / PDF.
Issue Type: Bug
When we use a shortcut (CTRL+K + CTRL+R) to open keyboard shortcut help, a PDF gets opened. However, there are more than one shortcut keys displayed on single line. It might correct visually, but for screen reader users bit difficult to read the page since the screen reader is reading the keystrokes without any pause. So the correct format would be tabular or there must be a single keystroke on a line.

@nitinzd thanks for providing feedback. However are you refering to this PDF on this Page? https://code.visualstudio.com/shortcuts/keyboard-shortcuts-macos.pdf If yes then unfortunetly that keybinding table is a bit outdated?
Or are you referring to the bulit in VS Code keybinding editor?
