vscode-cpptools Intellisense Suddenly Stopped Working For Standard Headers & Included Directories

Brief Issue Summary

A couple of days ago my intellisense just suddenly stopped working across all projects on one of my machines. It still works without issue on two of my other machines.

There are no compilation problems.

The error across projects is one, or both of these:

#include errors detected based on information provided by the configurationProvider setting. Squiggles are disabled for this translation unit (D:\home\Documents\workspace\test\main.cpp).C/C++(1696)

Additional Information

I've reinstalled VS Build Tools, tried Visual Studio Community Edition, reinstalled both the C/C++ plugins and cmake-tools, with not much change in result. It does seem to pick up the standard library headers when I'm using the base C/C++ intellisense rather than the cmake-tools one.

The issue persists with the most basic of cmake projects, with just a "hello, world" main.cpp added to an executable:

@AlexMainstone What version of C/C++ are you currently using? If the problem is still reproducible, could you switch the C/C++ version to v1.19.9 and try again to see if the problem is reproducible?
