feat: Implement connection management in Query Editor with themed icons

Fixed: #2690 New item to open query editor quickly (The icon is still in progress) image image

  • The Connect/Disconnect buttons were removed
  • A new dropdown with all databases and collections for current CosmosDB account was implemented image
  • In compact mode dropdown substitutes to the menu image
