Unable to select one of my azure OpenAI endpoint

From chat windows I went to "Manage Models" then choose Azure, then it asks me the model ID. I type the deployment name and now copilot asks me the endpoint

I paste this https://alkopenai3us2.openai.azure.com/ into the ui and got this in response.

I never got it to work, and I wonder where is the error since my deployment actually reflect the same pattern requested by the error message.
