Agent mode + Claude Sonnet 4.5 just freezes on "Working..."

Nothing in particular seems to cause it - randomly it just seems to be stuck.

It looks like you are using a Copilot Chat version which is more than 6 months old. We made significant improvements in the meantime. We recommend that you update the Copilot Chat extension to the newest version (0.33.5). Feel free to create new issues if you still run into problems
