Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Autosugesstion from github copilot, click /fix or /explain
  2. getting above error log

The error message you provided is from the Copilot completions extension which provides the ghost text within the editor and not copilot chat.

Please attach your chat logs via CTRL + SHIFT + U -> GitHub Copilot Chat
