Chat shows Sign In even though I'm signed in to GitHub

Recently started seeing Copilot Chat window showing Sign In button even though I'm signed in

It may have something to do with multiple github accounts ,mine worked after i set a preferred account under extension settings
I have the same issue but nothing is helping.
I signed in but yet is keep failing with this outpot

Ah yep that worked for me. Once I set the github.copilot.preferredAccount to the account that has the Copilot subscription it started working.
It would be nice if there was an option in the chat window when it is showing the sign in button to let you choose an account to use.
