Added context being removed after every message sent

• Copilot Chat Extension Version: 0.28.0
• VS Code Version: 1.101.0
• OS Version: Kubuntu 25.04
• Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode): all modes
• Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): all models

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a chat with copilot
2. Attach any context (codebase, individual files, etc)
3. type your question and hit enter
4. you will see all attached context has been removed from the chat and copilot can no longer access the files you need it to access, and you have to re-add those files for every message you send.

Same. This is driving me crazy, and costing me time and money because AI responses are WRONG when they ignore the context. This is really a significant problem!

Press the {Up Arrow} key to bring back your prior question and context. You can replace your old prompt with a new one, keeping the old context.
