Type: Bug
I have been using the Copilot and the Chat extension for days, but needed to see the statement about what telemetry GitHub Copilot will collect which is supposed to be visible when installing and signing in to Copilot for the first time.
I tried uninstalling my text chat extenstion, the Chat extension and Copilot.
Then upon reinstalling Copilot and Chat I tried to use chat. It logged me in, but I'm getting errors like this for any prompt:

I have the same issue
Same :( I am using VS Code Insiders and Copilot Chat v0.16.2024051501 (pre-release)
Switching to VS Code (not insiders) and Copilot Chat v0.16.20240 works correctly. Also tried v0.15.1 of Copilot Chat and it didn't have any errors on the non-insiders VS Code
