An error occurs after executing "Open in Explorer..." action for the blob container

OS: Win 10 Build Version: 20231129.1

Repro Steps:

1. Expand a storage account -> Expand Blob Containers -> Expand a blob container -> Click "Open in Explorer..." -> Click "Open in current window".
2. Check whether the blob container is opened in a current window.

Expect: The blob container is opened in a current window.

Actual: An error occurs.

More Info: This issue also reproduces when executing "Open in new window" and "Add to workspace" commands.

Verified this issue on the latest build 20240117.1, it also reproduces for now and pops up a different error.
