[GitHub Codespaces] An error occurs after executing "Open in Explorer..." action for the blob container on the Remote Codespaces environment

Environment: Remote Codespaces Build Version: 20230806.1

Repro Steps:

1. Expand a storage account -> Expand Blob Containers -> Expand a blob container -> Click "Open in Explorer..." -> Click "Open in new window".
2. Check whether the blob container is opened in a new window.

Expect: The blob container is opened in a new window.

Actual:

1. An error occurs.
2. There is a warning in the explorer view.

More Info:

1. This issue doesn't reproduce on the Local Codespaces environment.
2. This issue also reproduces for the file share.
