[GitHub Codespaces] Can't upload multiple files to the blob container/file share on the Remote Codespaces environment

Environment: Remote Codespaces Build Version: 20230806.1

Repro Steps:

1. Expand a storage account -> Expand Blob Containers -> Right click a blob container -> Click "Upload Files..." -> Enter a destination directory -> Select multiple files.
2. Check whether the multiple files can be selected.

Expect: The multiple files can be selected.

Actual: Upload the file directly after clicking one file.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces on the Local Codespaces environment.
