There is no "..." next to the “Disable Static Website” option

OS: Win10 Build Version: 20230407.1 Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Right click a storage account.
  2. Check the context menu.

Expect: There is a "..." next to the “Disable Static Website” option.

Actual: There is no "..." next to the “Disable Static Website” option. image

More Info: This issue also reproduces when executing "Azure Storage: Disable Static Website" from command palette.

There is a prompt after selecting Disable Static Website so we should have indices after the command name.
