Azure trying to get people to install app instead of assisting

Giving information to install in order to use but alway used it. it then apologized and started to provided answers incorrect first wanted me to remove the first few lines of code and start it on another line then keeps telling me that line code number was incorrect but that has nothing to do with the error. it apologized and gave another solution that wasn't pertaining to me and then proceeded to give me solutiopns over and over agian that were incorrect
