Azure resources always shows loading

The progress bar always shows and sometimes the resources disappear and it reloads all the resources in the latest version of the extension

Which version of the extension and VS Code are you using? How many accounts/tenants are you signed in to?

This seems to have been fixed by logging out and logging back in

I am only seeing this issue on a Mac. I tried on Windows and it works.
