Can't sign in into azure now because sign in pop up can't be open in browser

I need to sign in to Azure from browser for my company VPN to work properly.

I was using browser signin page until a couple of weeks.

When I needed to login a couple of days ago I tried as usual but VSCode now opens azure login in a internal view / internal window. I can't sign into my company VPN account this way.

Is there any way to force browser login or login with device code?

I have tried using Azure CLI in VSCode terminal but that doesnt integrate with the azure extension viewer, it just signs in in the terminal.

I have tried with the classic microsoft authentication and that is still working properly, but I can't rely on that because it's going to disappear in the future.

Hello, Alex. I created an issue there. I am not sure if I should call it issue or feature request.
