AzureWebJobsStorage__serviceUri not recognised

The extension is raising a prompt for 'storage account needs to be configured' even when the storage account is specified. It is not recognising 'AzureWebJobsStorage__serviceUri' or 'AzureWebJobsStorage__blobServiceUri'.

Extension version - 1.19.1

If you select Skip for now does this still run properly? Our logic may be too specific here on which settings need to be populated
