Cannot start ganache server

Hello All! I am new to Solidity and currently learning thru Microsoft's Blockchain modules. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/blockchain-solidity-ethereum-smart-contracts/3-blockchain-dev-kit I have gotten to the step where I deploy the sample contract however, continue to get a "Cannot start ganache server" message. I have run the npm install -g ganache-cli but continue to get error message. If anyone would offer guidance on how to resolve this issue, that would be great! Thank you for your time!
