Debugging the extension

I downloaded the repo to debug the extension and try to find why the debugger is broken, but when I run the extension in debug mode and try to use it, I get errors, like this:

Command 'Blockchain: Debug Transaction' resulted in an error (command
'extension.truffle.debugTransaction' not found)

Any ideas?
