Policy fragments section doesn't show up in vscode

I am using the policy fragments in API management service through azure portal. When I try to find the section for policy fragments in vscode under API management it is not showing up.

Same here, and I use consumption.

Also when debug in Vscode, when it reaches a fragmented policy , .... have a time out
