Function Calling

First, congrats on the Silicon support! I'm extremely excited about that.

Second, function calling is essential for AI-integration and I'd like to use the AI Toolkit to help teach infra teams (like PowerShell/DevOps types) about AI. Can models that support function calling be added so that this is possible?

@potatoqualitee this is added as a feature request, and we are designing how to enabling functional calling or more generic API calling from AI Toolkit, to help AI apps development with function calling needs.
