Docs for !dumpasync still reference old SosThreadingTools NuPkg

This page still references the old NuPkg and directs people to the Releases page:

It seems it is now required to get either the "parent" package or the Threading.Only package directly from NuGet...

Also the Threading.Only package on NuGet indicates it supports .NET 5 and Framework 4.6.x but the latest package is .NET 8 and Framework 4.7.2...

Or perhaps not ... the windbg files aren't in 17.14.15?

A bit confusing. Is this one repo producing separate packages?

(The most recent SosThreadingTools on your release page is 17.8.14 which is .NET 7, which is of course EOL and banned within our company -- and it looks like those were never put on NuGet.)
