This is a bug in Strada: regex for detecting the stdlib is /lib.*\.d\.ts/ but should be /lib\..*\.d\.ts/

Corsa doesn't use regexes and avoids this bug. It'll need a compatibility mode or manual ignore or reintroduction of the bug to make the tests match.
