Tutorials: remove button for Planetary Computer Hub

Microsoft's Planetary Computer Hub will be retired tomorrow: https://github.com/microsoft/PlanetaryComputer/discussions/347

Let's remove the button from our tutorials.

Maybe we can add a button for Lightning Studios in a separate PR?

Hey @adamjstewart. This would be great if you decide to go with Lightning Studios !

On a side note, I know some users enjoy Litdata: https://github.com/Lightning-AI/litdata to faciliate usage of their dataset in the cloud.

We could maybe collaborate to make torchgeo datasets more accessible.

@tchaton I just reached out to Corey, but maybe you can also answer my question. How would I create a similar button for Lightning Studio? Is there a magic link I can use to open a notebook from GitHub directly in Studio?

Seems like there is a new feature that allows you to open an entire GitHub repo or a specific file in Studio: https://lightning.ai/badge
