[Suggestion] Make this a dotnet tool

Would be great if a dotnet tool could be created for this project instead of having to clone the repo to manually run it. I suppose the challenge here would be that the dotnet tool would need to be executed from an elevated context(?)

Or better just integrate the whole thing into a GUI that automatically convert and import all visual studio code theme
