Description

Create new azuredevops_artifacts data, so that'll be possible to install all project artifacts on all Azure Databricks clusters https://registry.terraform.io/providers/databrickslabs/databricks/latest/docs/resources/library

This data resource should have filters on project, artifact type, and other reasonable dimensions for continuous deployment use-case.
