Persistence: Consider replacing concealed text with spaces

Ideally no one should use SGR 8 (concealed text) to hide sensitive information in the output, but just to be safe we should probably not dump it into an unencrypted text file on the disk anyway.

The best option for us may be to just replace such chunks of text with a corresponding number of whitespaces.
