[CompanionPane] update Xamarin.Forms project UI to match Kotlin sample

This Xamarin.Forms Companion Pane example (XamarinForms/DualScreenDemos/CompanionPane) is not up-to-date with the latest UX in the Kotlin repo.

Some work will be required to bring the resources (images, XML layouts) over to the Xamarin.Forms version and convert to XAML. README/screenshots should be updated to match.
