Check for the managed preference instead of an escrow profile name

Updates the Escrow Buddy script to check for any managed preferences in the com.apple.security.FDERecoveryKeyEscrow domain instead of looking for specific terms in the profile identifier, in case Microsoft ever changes their profile naming scheme.
