Reset time on local server is tooooooo long.

Reset time on local server (for development purpose) is tooooooo long.

Currently, it takes about 5-10 mins, which is super inconvenient, and which does not make much sense.

As a comparison, if you reset local cosmos db emulator, it takes only a few seconds.

Is it possible to reduce the reset time on local server?

As a user/developer, I need reset local cluster very often. I desperately wish the reset time could be reduced. Thanks.

Also stop/start local cluster is very slow too. Is it possible to restart?

My team and I also share this concern. Is there any way to update the application parameters without having to wait five or six minutes for the local cluster to reset? That would be a very helpful step toward more efficient development.
