Bug: Semantic Kernel Doc Repo flooded by automatic PRs

Hi guys,

I would love to help you guys with documentation in the SK docs repo: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/semantic-kernel-docs/pulls

The repo is flooded by weekly created automated PRs, which make it hard to see actual PRs and help you guys reviewing and merging them.

Let me know if I misunderstood the repo of pipeline in general.

@westey-m could you look into this, it looks like we may need to modify the branch protection rules for the repo

@markwallace-microsoft, these PRs are by design. They are to sync the internal docs repo with the public one.
