We should allow a Process Framework process instance (or the builder for that matter) to be serialized and deserialized. This would open the door for storing processes and running them later or in a remote service.

I have a working version of this in .NET in one of our internal products. Happy to refactor it into SK if the team thinks this could be a valid feature.
