Image Upload option is not available in the web application for GPT4 Vision Preview

We are trying to test GPT 4 Vision through chat web application instance, where we don't see the upload option.

I understand this is a sample app and people are working on this unpaid, but it would be really really appreciated if someone could help out with the image pasting/uploading function just like the one in the studio playground.
