Improve Feedback Collection for Bad Ratings

Hello,

I am using the Azure OpenAI Web App, and I would like to suggest improvements to the feedback collection process.

When a user clicks the "Bad" rating button, they should be prompted to provide a reason or specific comments about their feedback. This would help us better understand and improve responses. The rating buttons should be positioned at the bottom of the response to ensure they are easily accessible after reading the entire answer. Would it be possible to add these enhancements?
