Greetings,

Currently there is no policy to base the balancing according to the IP adress of the client request, NGINX has this policy witch is really useful.

Triage: When we have more people asking for it (please upvote top post), we should prioritize. We would take a contribution. Workaround: Current load balancer is sufficiently extensible to achieve it simply.

We prefer to keep issues opened by costumers to track demand. The cross-reference should be adequate, or we can add those details to this issue.

Up voting older issues is a better way of doing that. Closing this one as a dupe and keeping the other one open and funneling discussions there.
