Create functional/validation tests

Currently retina does not have functional tests to validate behavior of features/configuration in an e2e fashion. These tests are important to assert correctness of functionalities provided and confirm that there's no regression over time.

E.g. test behavior when enableAnnotation is enabled test behavior when remoteContext is enabled
