Migrate a partner's existing "RNW Paper filling a Win32 window" experience to a React Native Fabric Island experience rendering WinAppSDK scene graph (composition) visuals. Without this, we won’t have a WinAppSDK-powered surface internally to help set feature priorities and establish the baseline functionality for future work.
