Add parameter names as labels to Function call block

Feature request submitted by an educator. When introducing students to Functions, it would be helpful to include the parameter name as a label on the Call function block to help their understanding.

And then having something like this:

Yes it would be nice

@Jaqster It would be nice if default values could also be specified for these parameters, just like in TypeScript.
